I’m Diganta Chaudhury, a PhD scholar at IIT Bombay. I am interested in understanding the molecular mechanisms that contribute to metabolic disorders.

My current work aims to identify the minimal peptide sequence derived from the kinesin-1 tail domain peptide (KTDP) that binds phosphatidic acid (PA) and disrupts the PA–kinesin interaction.
